Do I have to approve every order?
Yes, always. We message you on WhatsApp before every box, and nothing is bought until you tap Approve. No reply means no order.
Where do the products come from, and where do you deliver?
From Walmart, Target and Amazon. We compare the full total of your box and buy it at the store where it costs less. We deliver to any address in the United States. EvenBoxDrop is not affiliated with these stores.
What does it cost?
$9.99 a month, plus 12% of each box you approve. Products are charged at the store’s price, and our fee is always on its own line. Your cashback comes off your next box.
Does it come every week?
Only what you need. Each product has its own pace, from every 7 days to every 180. Still have some? One tap and it waits a week. Ran out early? One tap and it comes this Tuesday.
What if prices go up?
You can set the most you’ll pay for each product, and ask us to check with you if a price jumps. We never charge more than the amount you approved.
What if an order fails or something arrives damaged?
If the store can’t complete an order, you pay nothing. If something arrives wrong, damaged or never comes, tell us within 14 days and you choose: a refund to your card or credit for your next box.
Can I cancel?

1. Who we are
EvenBoxDrop is a home-restocking service operated by Edmilson Donato, a sole trader based in Portugal (“EvenBoxDrop”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us by replying to any EvenBoxDrop message or from your account.
2. Who can use EvenBoxDrop
You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United States.
3. How it works
You choose products from our catalog and how often your home uses each one.
Before each box, we check the live price of your box at the stores we compare (Walmart, Target and Amazon, where the product is available) and show you the totals.
We ask for your approval on WhatsApp or in your account. Nothing is bought without your approval. If you don’t reply, we don’t order.
After you approve, we place one order for the whole box at the store with the lowest total and send you updates until it’s delivered.
4. Prices and payment
Plan: $9.99 per month. Service fee: 12% of the store total of each box, shown on its own line.
Each approval shows an “Approve up to” amount: the store total (products, shipping and tax) plus our 12% fee, plus a 10% margin for price changes. We place a temporary hold for that amount and charge only the real total once the store confirms your order. The rest of the hold is released. We never charge more than the amount you approved. If the real total would be higher, we don’t order and ask you again.
Your card is added on Stripe’s secure page when you start your plan. We never see or store your full card number.
Your first month of the plan ($9.99) is charged when you start your plan. The plan then renews automatically every month, on the same day, until you cancel. Each box is charged separately, and only after you approve it.
We’ll tell you at least 30 days before any change to the plan price or fee, and you can cancel before it applies.
5. Cashback
Cashback is a discount taken off your next box. It has no cash value, can’t be withdrawn or transferred, and ends if your plan is cancelled.
6. Products and stores
Products are sold and shipped by the store where your box is ordered, under that store’s own policies. Store availability, prices, packaging and delivery times can change. EvenBoxDrop is not affiliated with Walmart, Target or Amazon; their names are used only to compare prices.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime with one tap in your account (Card & money → Cancel my plan) or by replying STOP on WhatsApp. No calls, no forms and no cancellation fee. See Refunds & cancellation.
8. Our responsibility
We work hard to order the right products at the best total we find, but we can’t guarantee store prices, stock or delivery dates. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any box is limited to the amount you paid for that box. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
9. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we’ll tell you before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without removing any protection you have under the consumer laws of your state.
We collect only what we need to restock your home, we never see your card number, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Account: your name and email (for your sign-in code).
WhatsApp number: only with your consent, to ask for box approvals and send order updates.
Delivery address in the United States.
Your box: the products you choose, how often, your approvals and your orders.
Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive only the card brand and last 4 digits.
Website use: basic information about visits and, if you allow it, ad measurement (see below).
Why we use it
To run your plan: check prices, ask for your approval, place and track your orders, charge only what you approved, answer your questions and keep your account secure.
Who helps us (and gets only what they need)
Stripe — payments.
Our ordering partner and the store where your box is ordered — your name, delivery address and the products, to place and ship the order.
Supabase — secure storage of your account (servers in the United States).
Meta (WhatsApp) — approval messages and updates.
An email provider — your sign-in codes.
We never sell your personal information.
Ads and measurement
We may use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work (for example, that a visit led to a sign-up). You can ask us to stop using your information this way at any time, and you can also limit ad tracking in your browser and Meta settings.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. After you cancel, we delete your account data within 90 days, except order and payment records we must keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or to stop WhatsApp messages (reply STOP), by replying to any EvenBoxDrop message or from your account. We answer within 30 days.
Security
Each customer can see only their own data. Your card stays with Stripe. Sign-in uses one-time codes, so there’s no password to steal.
Children
EvenBoxDrop is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Simple rules: you never pay for something that didn’t happen, and leaving is as easy as joining.
Order failed
If the store can’t take the order, the hold on your card is released. You pay nothing.
Store cancels after you paid
Full refund of that box, including our 12% fee, to your card. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Missing, damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. You choose: a refund of that item and our fee on it to your card, or the same amount as credit for your next box.
Want to return something?
Returns follow the store’s own policy. We help you start it, and refund our fee on the returned item.
